The cloth has a fiber layer (3) made of a fiber material (4), and a binder (5) arranged on a side on the layer. The binder is developed from a cross-linked latex suspension. The binder includes cleaning components that are freely arranged in the suspension. The components comprise active substances from a group of tenside and preservatives. The cloth is dried before implementing it in cleaning application. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a cleaning cloth.
