The seat has a backrest (14) folded towards a seating part (12). A rocker arm (16) is placed against a rocker arm (18) in wheel housing. Two sides of the arm (18) are swivellably connected with the part and a body (26), respectively. The part and the backrest are brought to a foldable position through reversible displacement of the arms opposite to a direction of travel (28) for creating a level loading base (30).
