The arrangement has front and intermediate seat rows (A, B), each formed of a base and a backrest. Each of seats of the intermediate seat row and a rear seat row (C) is displaced between a use position and a retracted position. Each seat of the intermediate row is adjusted in a position along a longitudinal direction of a vehicle from the seats of rear seat row situated behind the intermediate seat row. The base and the backrest of the rear row rest on a floor pan and are masked by a floor structure (10) in the retracted position.
