The device has a base supported carrier (3) on which a swivel arm (5) is clamped at an approximate vertical swivel axis (2a) of a swiveling support (2), where the arm length is independent of flying range of a model helicopter. The carrier is inclined against the swivel arm at a specified angle. A supporting beam (6) is arranged around a swivel axis and at a swiveling end (5a).
