The container for the transporting and/or storing of goods has a support structure comprising a bottom element (65), several corner elements (51-54) and several connecting elements (58). The elements forming the support structure are detachably interconnected and form a modular system which enables the creating of containers which are constructed differently with regard to their functionality and/or size. The elements forming the support structure are connectable by screw fasteners.
