A casing has casing underpart (CU) (12) and a see-through cover (STC) (14) protruding over the CU's peripheral edge on the side. The CU has a pulled-down peripheral edge. A sealing ring (18) encloses an LED printed circuit board (PCB) (16) to form a seal on the STC and fits on the CU so as to create a retaining area for the LED PCB. An independent claim is also included for an LED display for reproducing information, e.g. advertising.
