The micro chemical chip (1) has a carrier (11) with a channel (12) for a fluid to flow through. The entry zones (13a,13b) into the channel are structured to feed a number of fluids into the channel, which have been separated for chemical reactions. The chip has heaters (23a,23b) to raise the temperature of the fluids passing through the feed channels (17a,17b) at the entries.
