A primary nutating gear is formed, by meshing the toothed surfaces (28,30) of a toothed washer (26) and an annular gear (32), respectively. A secondary nutating gear is formed, by meshing the other toothed surfaces (34,36) of the annular gear and a gearwheel (38), respectively.
