The foil bag for the packing of hygienic moist tissues has an opening on its top side for withdrawal of individual moist tissues. A mechanically opening and closing sealing element (16) is let into an opening on the top side (12) of the bag (10) and is connected airtight to the foil bag and after each use can be resealed airtight again. The foil bag is welded to the sealing element in the region of the opening. The sealing element has a frame (18) which encompasses an accurately defined withdrawal opening, whereby the frame is connected to the foil bag.
