The system has inner and outer foil bags (FB-2, FB-1) made of different materials with different properties e.g. viscosities, where the inner foil bag is fixedly connected with the outer foil bag in radial horizontal and perpendicular directions. The foil bags are fixed, welded or glued at a retaining head (AB). The foil bags include multiple material chambers provided in an external center and are welded together. The material chambers are filled with materials e.g. fats, oils and pastes, which are mixed by a static mixer nozzle. The retaining head and the foil bags are pressed by a piston.
