Implant (A) for treatment of long bone defects comprises at least two layers of a flat structure, made of bioresorbable material, adapted to the geometry of the defect, where the layers comprise stacks, rolls, coils and/or folds of the flat structures, and the structures and/or layers together have cavities on the outside that permit inward migration of cells and inward growth of blood vessels. Independent claims are also included for: (1) flat structures, as described, that include cavities forming an interconnected porosity; and (2) preparing (A).
