The transporter (1) has wheels (5, 6, 7) with single and twin-tires (8, 15) supported by front and rear axles (2, 3, 4). The tire (8) of the wheel (7) of the axle (4) exhibits a diameter smaller than that of the tire (15) of the wheels (5, 6) of the axles (2, 3). Distance from an outer side of the tire (8) is same or greater than the distance (13) from the outer side the tire (15) of the axle (3) to a centerline of a vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
