The ventilation system includes a ventilator (1) which is mounted inside a conical air guide housing (3) and whose inlet duct (12) is fitted with an air-impermeable cover (2). Heat exchanger surfaces (6) are disposed between the cover and housing and are connected to devices for preparing the heat or coolant carrier means. Supply openings (4) for the incoming unconditioned atmospheric air are arranged outside of the connection between the heat exchanger faces and the cover. The conical housing has a circumferential inner condensation guide channel (7) in the plane of its smallest diameter and an outer condensation guide channel (8) between the conical air guide housing and the peripheral housing (13).A fine filter (9) is placed inside the outer condensation channel (8) on the pressure side in the flow direction after the ventilator.
