The fastening element (5) for anchors (2) on a rail (1) of a device for web reinforcement includes a retaining plate with locking protrusion installed on the upper side for fastening on the rail. The retaining plate on the underside has a form-locking device (15) for connecting to the anchor head (3). The connection is formed from locking arms formed on the underside of the retaining plate for gripping round the anchor head. Three locking arms may be symmetrically distributed on the circumference of the retaining plate.
