Cooling plate module (10) for cyclic liquid cooling contains cooling plate (1) with heat absorbing face at its bottom for contacting heat source and with several heat convection plates (12) at its top side. Cooling plate module has reception chamber and cooling liquid drive unit (22) and has liquid inlet, coupled to chamber, and first outlet coupled to chamber bottom. First outlet is closed by cap (3) containing second outlet cooling plate and cap form integral unit to provide inner enclosed space.
