The urn wall (1) with several recesses (5) for the accommodating of the urns comprises a body (2) constructed in one piece and which completely circumferentially encompasses an opening (4), and a frame (3) which is equipped with the recesses and is fitted in the opening. Each recess on the front side (6) of the urn wall is closed off by a closing element (7) which may be a plate of especially stone. The sealing element is detachably installed on the frame and may be pivotable around a horizontal axis. An independent claim is included for a frame for an urn wall.
