The device has a quadratic container (2) with feet formed as corner stay posts (5). A support tube is in the center of container and is connected to an upper end section of form pipes (9, 10) of the stay posts using radial struts. A threaded spindle (11) is swivellably supported and cannot be axially rotated in the upper end section. The spindle is swiveled using an appropriate tool until the required feet length is reached.
