The device has a support plate (4) placed between machine elements and a case (6) and with an upper face opposite to the case, a lower face opposite to the machine elements and hollow spacers (41). The machine elements are mounted on the lower face. The spacers extend on a side of the upper face, and are supported on a surface of the case, and allow a passage of a tightening element i.e. thumb screw, inside the spacers to tighten the plate against the case. A tube is mounted on the upper face by a fastener (7) i.e. screw, in a space between the plate and the case delimited by the spacers. The machine elements are a battery (1) and a container.
