A radial fan (20) has an impeller (22) enclosed in a case (21) with upper air inlet (211), lower air inlet opening and air outlet opening (212). Bolts are inserted into through-holes (111) of a power supply cover (11) and through-holes (213) around upper air inlet opening, forming gap between fan and cover. The air outlet opening (212) leads to the air outlet opening (13) of a power supply case (10). The power supply case also has a female connector (14), a male connector (15) and a power switch (16). The gap is formed by the height of the bolt. The hot air inside the power supply is absorbed by the upper and lower air inlet openings of the radial fan and its air outlet opening. The hot air discharged to the outside of the power supply unit via its air outlet opening.
