A practice dummy for use by the emergency services, especially for use when simulating accidents, comprises a body (2), head (3), arms (4) and legs (5) made of a synthetic or non- synthetic material. A diagnosis element (7) is attached to the body so the emergency service personnel can determine the injury. The dummy is at least 1m especially 1.85m long.
