The holder comprises an anchor (2) coupled to the cycle lock (1) and having two sides each with a depression (22) and outwardly protruding flange (21) and an anchor hole (23). A fastening structure (3) with fastening seat coupled to the cycle frame has a first fixing element (32) and two locking plates. A constriction ring fits in the socket chamber of the first fixing element and has a central circular opening and two notches on the edge as well as a constriction stay which corresponds to the opening in the first fixing element and to the anchor hole in the anchor. A spring is set in the socket chamber of the first fixing element whilst a second fastening element has on each of two sides a two-stage flange to couple with the upper edge of the fastening seat.
