A material spraying nozzle(3) is guided by a robot arm(2) and can be moved in or around three axes at right angles to each other. The nozzle has connections for different materials, curing apparatus for applied material and a post forming tool. Curing equipment may comprise either a hot air nozzle or a radiant heater. Each material connection runs to a common nozzle outlet. The post forming tool is heated and has an adhesion resistant surface.
