A sensor (12) is arranged within the sidewalls of a head (11) at one end of the main body (1). The sensor outputs a signal corresponding to the counteracting force generated from a workpiece when the workpiece is turned by the main body. A processor (14) receives the signal based on which a torque value is calculated.
