An at least two-phase toilet cleanser or scent-releasing agent has a first phase in the form of a gel including gel-formers, perfumes and solvents and a second phase comprising a non-gel cleansing body including surfactants. An independent claim is also included for production of the cleanser or scent-releasing agent by injecting a melt of the gel composition into depressions or spaces in the surface of cylindrical or parallelepiped- shaped pieces cut from the extrudate of the non-gel cleansing agent.
