The method involves searching multiple traveling zones corresponding to geo zones. Simple navigation information is established with two position parameters, a pair of predetermined two-dimensional (2D) grid numbers, and pairs of 2D indexes of the traveling zones. The information is transmitted to a car (M). A consumer service center (S) is enabled to connect to the car through a wireless communication device (32). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle navigation system installed in a car.
