PURPOSE: A recording media having an out-of-phase wobbled groove track for a wobbled land track is to provide a recording media having a wobbled groove track of which the phase is different from a wobbled land track. A servo control apparatus using a wobble signal and the method thereby are provided to control the movement of an optical pickup to a desired physical domain stably using a wobble signal picked up by the recording media. CONSTITUTION: A wobble pattern of groove tracks is formed in an out-of-phase pattern as much as pi. The wobble pattern of land tracks is form in an in-phase pattern. Even in the same groove track, the phase of wobble is formed contrarily in turn in the radial direction. Also, even in the same land track, the phase of wobble is formed contrarily in turn in the radial direction. Accordingly, there is the phase difference of pi between a groove track and the next groove track or a land track and the next land track.
