The method involves placing a series of information containers (CT) which support a specific logic channel into a series of cells (CL) which support the same logic channel as a working load. Each container comprises a working load (LD) which is a quantity of information greater that of the working load of each cell. In a preferred mode, the working load of each container is composite. It consists of samples of classical synchronous digital channels and micro-packets of data which are each provided with a label indicating a particular logic channel and the length of the packet.
