The servomotor has a driving torque reaction disc in a compartment (34) having a pneumatic break control device. The device has a cage interdependent of pushing shaft and sealed in a ring (44). A driving torque reaction piston (42) is maintained in reaction against the ring by a coil spring (40) of charge against the cage. The device has two deformable adjusting plastic units (68) regulating the charge of the spring by adjusting cage distance. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process of manufacturing a servomotor for pneumatic break control provided with dynamic break control device (b) a device to implementing the process of manufacturing a servo motor for pneumatic break control provided with dynamic break control device.
