The wheel has a principal part forming a front face (FA) and a substantial part of a rim (CJ). The principal part has an interior pad (HI), interior hook (CI) and interior pneumatic support (API) opposite to the front face. An annular part (S) linked on the principal part has a pneumatic exterior support (APE) and exterior pad (HE) at a side of the front face such that the principal part is made thinner and lighter. An independent claim is also included for a method of fabrication of a motor vehicle wheel.
