The panel is formed in a casing whose inner faces are lined with a glass wool cloth, a mixture of expanded clay balls (1) and cement and a metallic frame embedded in the mixture. One of the faces of the panel receives a cloth (3) and a plaster base. The panel is surface finished according to its usage, by stucco (6) or wallpaper (5). A metallic grille cast in the cemented-expanded clay mixture reinforces the panel.
