The connector has a tubular steel sleeve (1) for carrying a base plate (2) using an electric cord. The base plate has a steel plate hollowed in its center according to the inner dimensions same as that of the sleeve and receiving the ends of chords. A vertical bracket assembly is fixed laterally on walls of the sleeve by another electric cord and horizontally on the base plate by the former cord. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process of manufacturing a chord unit of a structure using a connector (b) a core with a chord unit.
