The unit (1) has a shell having two sides (2) connected by a partition (3), to define an open cavity (9). The unit (1) is covered by a concrete poured to form a floor (100). An air evacuation unit (4) contained in the cavity prevents entry of poured concrete into the cavity. The unit (4) permits outlet of the air from the cavity in case of high pressure in the cavity, particularly in case of fire. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a prefabricated thin concrete slab for thin concrete floor (b) a thin concrete floor with a set of thinning units.
