The block has two sides of 5 centimeter thickness, and a hollow cavity (4) communicating with hollow cavities of other hollow blocks to form a wall with a footing trench (1). The cavities allow vertical and horizontal passage for the installation of a service shaft, an electrical sheath, and a copper plate. Liquid concrete is injected from the top into the footing trench of the wall through the cavities. The wall with the footing trench gas a rectangular central cross-member (5) allowing horizontal coupling, and a U-shaped cross-piece (6) at a lower end allowing vertical coupling.
