The foot wear has a sole (1) divided at its back into a lower part (11) supported on the ground and an upper part (12) supporting foot. A flexible link (14) connecting the parts permits to open or close a gap (13) between the parts. A wedge (4) is removably fixed between the two parts by a support and fixation unit and a pin (5) sliding in a blocking orifice of a brooch, for adjusting the opening of the gap.
