The diffuser consists of at least one tank (1) of a liquid (2) to be diffused, containing an atomizing nozzle (5) with an intake tube (3), a droplet former and an ultrasonic vibrator (36, 37) to keep the nozzle unblocked, linked to a controller (9). At least part of the nozzle is of a piezo-electric material connected to an electrical field generator and coated with an impermeable protective film.
