The device has a plate (4) to receive road vehicles (13). The plate is alternately unhooked at ends of front and rear frames (2, 3) and disengaged from them by a horizontal rotation. The frames are connected by two spacers. The plate seals and maintains middle of the spacers in transport position. The main axes of the spacers are in a plane, at 45 degrees with respect to a horizontal plane containing main axis of wagon traction.
