The tube (1) has an anchoring unit and a ballasting unit placed in contact with upper half of the tube. The ballasting unit has two inclined planes (4, 5) along a longitudinal axis of the tube. The planes are connected by their common straight edge (6) or rounded edge (7) such that the planes form an angle (alpha ) to inscribe a circle formed by cutting the tube according to a plane perpendicular to the axis.
