The plant has two air blast nozzles for cleaning interior and exterior of suction tubes (50), respectively. The nozzles are placed below a support that is vertical to the tubes. The support has a movable plate (44) having a location (45) for powder tank (27) and an opening (46) enabling the passage of the tubes using a mechanical module (52). The opening and location are positioned vertical to the tubes by translation or rotational displacement of the plate in a horizontal plane.
