The head has a stator tube (20) fastened at a spray supplying line and bearings supported at the tube in a rotatable manner. A nozzle carrier (10) is driven directly by an external drive or indirectly by a flow-technical drive component (66). An inner area of the tube communicates an inner area of the carrier. One of the bearings lies behind the component (66) and a cleaning nozzle in a supply direction of the supplying line.
