The device has a conveyor track and a locking unit. The locking unit has a vertical structure unit (3) forming a stopper before a front wheel (5), and a pad (15) is articulated with respect to the conveyor track. A front part of the pad tilts towards horizontal and a rear part is straightened to lock the front wheel under the effect of weight of a motorcycle transmitted by the wheel, in working position. An independent claim is also included for the use of a securing device to obtain antitheft locking of a motorcycle.
