The tool has three sleeves, each formed with two half-sleeves provided in cylinders. Two of the half-sleeves form two sleeves for clamping on a plastic tube and assuring guiding of a machining body (3-4). The machining body is stacked along with the sleeves and is guided by the sleeves. Grooving is formed on the plastic tube through the penetration of a blade (15) in the plastic tube.
