Cold arc roller for bar or tube (B) incorporates an arc chassis (4) provided with at least two non-sliding linkage points (4a, 4b) and a bar drawing device (12). A succession of alternate stages of displacement of the arc chassis and the operation of the drawing device on the bar with an original rectilinear form is activated by pressure between the linkage points and non-sliding the linkage point of the drawing device to form an arc (A).
