The device has a manual unit (4) with a positioning guide (5) permitting location, by the blind, of the unit with respect and in parallel to a tactile surface (3). An elastic membrane (15) maintains the unit at a distance from the surface while preventing untimely triggering of an input during guiding of the unit by the guide. The membrane permits connection of the unit in the surface, under the effect of a force exerted on the unit.
