The device has an elastic stop (6) made of a synthetic elastic material and including a base supported on a plane surface corresponding to a bottom (8) of a profiled rail (4). A fulcrum line that is parallel to the base, receives a suspending tiebar (2). The elastic stop is elastically deformed when the fulcrum line approaches the base. The base has a concave region oriented towards the exterior. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an assembly formed by a vibration-absorbing device and a suspending tiebar (B) an assembly formed by a vibration-absorbing device and a profiled rail.
