The wind generator has a mast, and a hub including blades (3). An offset unit offsets a leading edge such that a main axis (311) extended between the center of a root base of the blades and opposite ends of the blades does not pass through a rotational axis (21) of the hub. The offset unit includes a strut (4) inserted between the root and the hub, where the strut has contact surfaces with the hub and the root.
