The assembly has a support unit with two plane and parallel parts (10, 20). One of the parts has hooks (21, 21`) to maintain an opening and closing actuating motor of window-regulator or an opening to be fixed. A fixing unit (30) has a screw (31) provided with a stopper (32). The fixing unit assures fixation of the support and the actuating motor in the opening or body of a vehicle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an opening of vehicle (B) a method for mounting an actuating motor of a window regulator or opening on a support wall of an opening of the vehicle.
