The method involves defining a telecommunication service, and locating a mobile user. A user interface of one of multiple mobile devices e.g. smart phones (3, 6, 8, 10) is selected for the service. The interface is selected based on a respective location data, user location relative to zones of range of the interface, user interface type defined for service, and state of availability of the interfaces of devices. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a system for managing services to be supplied to mobile users (B) a platform for supply of services to destination of users.
