Signal transmitting method for wireless digital communication, involves implementing source matrix and linear precoding matrix to provide precoded matrix, and transmitting precoded vectors conforming to columns of precoded matrix
The method involves performing linear precoding of a signal. A matrix product of a source matrix (X) and a linear precoding matrix are implemented in order to provide a precoded matrix where the source matrix is formed of vectors. Precoded vectors corresponding to columns of the precoded matrix, are transmitted successively. Four symbols of each precoded vector are distributed on four antennas (10-13), respectively. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method for receiving a signal transmitted by multiple antennas (B) a signal formed from vectors successively transmitted by multiple transmission antennas (C) a device for transmitting a signal formed of vectors (D) a device for receiving a signal transmitted by multiple antennas.
