The device has a high frequency signal generating source (1) with a signal generating unit for generating a signal in a predetermined polarization state. A reflected high frequency signal analyzing unit (4) has a unit (41) determining energetic and polarimetric characteristics of a reflected signal, and a unit (42) for detecting presence of objects in human body. An alarm unit (43) provides a warning for the detected object. Radiation source frequency is 1-70GHz.
