The device has a clip formed by two slats (10, 19), and closed up by a circular spring (5) fixed in housings (8, 9). The slats are surmounted with an opening locking lever (3) whose one end (17) in the shape of gooseneck has a terminal (15) arranged on an inclined plate (16). A tube flexible under pressure (12) ensures immobilization of the terminal, such that the tube maintains the lever in locking position.
